The Eclipse 550 is the smallest jet in the line-up: a very light twinfan built for short hops at jet speed. Its cabin is tight by design, two pilots up front and a compact club section behind, and its economics make sense on legs the bigger jets would waste.
Published range is 1,125 nautical miles at about 375 knots cruise, seating up to 5.
